The RMT Club by Weck Method is an exciting new development in explosive training. It helps to improve flexibility and mobility, as well as helping to improve functional strength and rotational power. When used correctly the RMT Club will help to enhance athleticism and movement efficiency, in addition to unifying and integrating the dominant and non-dominant sides of your body.
