These covered weight lifting chains are a unique product that were developed after working with Crossfit trainers to develop a new product to give great work out results. Initially we started with the traditional back squats and bench presses that the heavy weight lifting chains are typically used with. The chafe gear protects your skin when wearing the chain so the links of the chains wont pinch or get caught on your skin. A few ways that we used the chain was for weighted regular pull-ups, V pull-ups, squats, lunges, ring dips, rope climbs, weighted sit ups and the list continues.
Each set includes: Covered Weight Lifting Chains
Two 5' lengths of heavy chain in 1/2" diameter
Two 6' lengths of small diameter chain used to connect the heavy chain to the barbel
