Shipping and Returns
How much are the shipping charges and how long do orders take to process and ship?
  Shipping Information: 

 Shipping fees are determined by the orders total weight and the location it is shipping to. A good number of our products offer free shipping and that will be indicated on the product detail page. If you order a combination of items that ship for free and some that do not you will only pay the shipping for the items that do not ship for free. Currently we are only able to calculate shipping for the 48 contiguous United States. We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands and all US Territories but we ask that you contact us for a shipping quote (sales@fitnessedgeonline.com or 800-896-7568). Depending on the size and weight of your order we will ship USPS First Class, Priority Mail, UPS or Fed Ex ground and Common Carrier Truck curbside delivery. (We currently do not ship P.O. boxes or military addresses APO / FPO). Address must be accessible to semi-trailer truck for non-UPS size shipments. Allow 2-3 working days to process and ship orders and up to 7 working days transit time. Once your order ships you will be notified which carrier was used javascript:void(0);and any tracking numbers will be provided.

Common Carrier Truck Shipments:
Large and or heavy items may not be able to ship parcel service and may require the use of a Common Carrier such as Fed Ex Freight, UPS Freight or R & L Carriers. The delivery truck will stop at the curb. You must unload the equipment from the truck and move it into your home or business. The delivery service we are providing to you is curbside to curbside only which means the driver only has to bring your items to the end of his truck. Most drivers in the trucking industry will assist most customers, out of politeness, to at least get your items on to the ground at your curb, but there is still no guarantee of this. If you are in need of any "special" services; taking the shipment off the back of the truck if the driver is not willing to give you a hand, lift gate services, loading it into your garage or home, long carries etc. there will be additional charges and these services have to be arranged and paid in advance before the driver comes out for your appointment time. Each carrier performs these services a bit differently so it is imperative that you contact Fitness Edge immediately, pay for any "special" services in advance, so we may in turn pre-authorize the carrier that your delivery will include other services above and beyond the standard curbside to curbside delivery. The delivery company will contact you to set up a delivery date. Residential customers must be home to sign for the shipment. It is the customers responsibility to provide a working phone number so that the carrier can schedule a delivery. If because of a non working phone number or no returned calls by the customer to schedule delivery, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse. Due to the high cost involved with the shipping of large or heavy items it will be the customers responsibility for the shipping charges both ways for a non delivered order going back to the warehouse. The same charges will accrue if for some reason the customer decides to cancel or refuse delivery once the order has already been shipped. Also if you are unable to be home the day of delivery, then pick-up at the carrier's local terminal may be necessary.
How do I return an item?

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.


All purchases come with a 30 day return policy. It is the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for return shipping.  Also please note that if an order is canceled once it has already shipped or if the order is refused by the customer all actual shipping cost to customer and the returned shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer and that amount will be withheld from the refund amount. If you ordered a large item that will be shipped common carrier and will require an appointment the carrier must have a valid phone number to schedule delivery. If after multiple attempts and the carrier is unable to make delivery the shipment will be returned to the warehouse and the returned shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Due to the high cost involved with shipping items it will be the customers responsibility for the shipping charges both ways for a non delivered order going back to the warehouse or if an order is refused by the customer at time of delivery. For that reason it is very important to cancel the order before it ships so no additional shipping charges will apply.

If you do wish to return your order please make sure the product is returned in new condition. If an item is not in the original factory packaging or needs to be repacked do to damage of the original box a restocking fee may apply. A restocking fee if any will be determined once the item has been received and is inspected. Contact us at 800-896-7568 to obtain a return authorization number within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will replace it, give you credit, or refund your money for the full purchase price. If orders are returned after the 30 days or without a return authorization number Fitness Edge is under no obligation to issue a refund or credit.
