York Barbell has come out with these recreation dumbbells from their original foundry castings. Made using the same type of castings from their first foundry, the Legacy line of dumbbells are as cool as they are tough. Featuring a fully knurled, iron encased solid steel, thick-grip handle. The grips are slightly shorter than those of the original casting, and help reduce hand-travel and help the user's control. Using hydraulically pressed "fishtail" steel handles, the heads are permanently embedded by pouring molten iron around the solid steel shaft of the handles. These classic-style dumbbells are perfect for those looking for a traditional dumbbell with that old-school style. For home or commercial settings.
