This Ultrasof foam crossbar and cone set comes with 6 crossbars of alternating color, and a pair of cones to match each bar color (12 cones in total). Crossbar's can fit into any standard 12 inch, 18 inch, or 28 inch cone to create a quick plyometric field workout. The 18 inch cones which come with the set are made of a soft, flexible plastic which holds each crossbar firmly, but slips off easily when struck. Additional crossbars can be stacked or connected for added difficulty.
Crossbar replacement packs provide all of the same benefits as the field pack, but do not come with the 18 inch cones.
