This 6 foot ultra light Olympic bar can be used on all 48 inch benches and racks. A great training bar, This 28 mm bar is rated at 150 lb Test and has specially designed rubber end caps. This bar features a bronze bushing system that guarantees the smoothest rotation possible. Each sleeve is roll pinned to the interior shaft guaranteeing that the sleeve will not come loose.
