This 7 foot Olympic hard chrome bar is a great all around bar for benches, squats and dead lifts. This heavy duty, full commercial, bar is rated at 1500 lb Test and is 32 mm thick. All of Hampton's hard chrome bars feature a bronze bushing system that guarantees the smoothest rotation possible. Each sleeve is roll pinned to the interior shaft guaranteeing that the sleeve will not come loose.
