This 6 foot Olympic hard chrome bar can be used on all 48 inch benches and racks. A good bar for benching and squats, This 30 mm bar is rated at 500 lb Test and has specially designed rubber end caps. All of Hampton's hard chrome bars feature a bronze bushing system that guarantees the smoothest rotation possible. Each sleeve is roll pinned to the interior shaft guaranteeing that the sleeve will not come loose.
