When Hampton launched the Pound Bumper Plate line in 1999, they quickly became the top supplier to the educational market through a combination of quality and affordability. Each plate has two tongue grooves that run along the outer diameter of the plate, which allows the rubber to be molded to the inside of the plate.

This training plate is made from high quality rubber, and is perfect for commercial and home gyms. Designed to help perfect a user's form, this light weight trainer plate is a must have for beginners and advanced user's alike.

*Bumper plates should be secured with high-quality collars. Plates which are not secured tightly together have a much greater chance of damage from stress to the outside of the insert due to tilt.

*Training plates are designed to be used with light weight bars for training purposes. The use of heavy bars and improper lifting technique can lead to plate damage.
