Made from 1 inch, 15-gauge, welded tubular steel, Champion Plyoboxes are made to last. The landing surface of each box is made with a of 3/4 inch plywood, and covered with 1/8 inch non-skid rubber slip resistant padding. With safety in mind, Champion crafted each leg at an angle to prevent tipping. Benefits from plyometric training are; an increase in explosive movement, power generated from the hips and glutes, and a greater sense of overall balance for the athlete.
