One of the finest home gyms you will find, the K1 strength training system is a single stack home gym created for maximum durability and versatility. Using heavy 2x3 inch and 2x2 inch 12 and 11 gauge steel tubing. Each cable is a high quality 7x19 strand of 2000 lb tensile strength aircraft cable, and runs through fiberglass reinforced nylon pulleys with sealed ball bearings. A flat bench combined with a multi-point cable station makes this one of the industries best home gyms, by creating a truly versatile workout experience that is easy for the basic user, but has an incredibly deep workout portfolio that makes it great for the advanced user. The bench press is a 2 to 1 ratio system that brings the effective stack weight to 400 lb on the bench press station.
