Built to last, the BodyCraft Galena Pro strength training system is a single stack home gym made using heavy 2x3 inch and 2x2 inch steel tubing. Each cable is a high quality 7x19 strand of 2000 lb tensile strength aircraft cable, and runs through fiberglass reinforced nylon pulleys with sealed bearings.

  • Pulleys The fiberglass reinforced nylon pulleys have high quality sealed ball bearings for the best in performance and durability.
  • Dual-Function Pec Dec The only pec dec made that provides traditional flys and dumbbell style flys. Traditional flys are performed by pressing your elbows against the pads, where as dumbbell style flys are performed by by simply grabbing the handles and swinging outward to chest height and together.
  • Range-of-motion This adjustment fits every size user and provides for the most versatile pec dec and rear deltoids flys. (U.S. Patent No. 6217492)
  • Adjustable, Comfortable Seats and seat back are fully adjustable. The high density foam is contoured for lumbar support and covered by heavy gauge vinyl.
  • Low Pulley Versatility Easy to access and plenty of room for exercises such as leg kicks, arm curls, low rows, deltoids raises and more.
  • Adjustable Starting Points This allows for different size users and also provides a variety of exercises including bench press, incline press, shoulder press and mid rows. Seats and seat backs are adjustable.
