will replace or repair, at our discretion, any item shown to be broken
provided it is returned to us for inspection. This warranty only covers
failures due to material defects or workmanship that occur during
normal use. It does not cover failures from a result of misuse,
neglect, misapplication, modification, or normal wear and tear.
USA Sports, Inc cast products need little maintenance.
However, paint chipping, which could cause rust, if not maintained
properly is not covered under warranty and is considered normal wear
and tear. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the products.
